Our slimes are handmade and may vary slightly in texture, color, and scent.

Slime is not edible and should be kept away from young children, pets, and individuals with allergies to glue, borax, or fragrance oils.

Users with sensitive skin should wash hands after use and discontinue if irritation occurs.

We are not responsible for any misuse of our products.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders within the time frame stated at checkout. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses.

Once an order has been shipped, Dream Glow Slime is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of slime, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve the problem.

We do not offer refunds for customer dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., scent, texture, or color).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including product designs, images, videos, and branding, is the property of Dream Glow Slime and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dream Glow Slime is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from the use of our products.

We make no guarantees regarding the performance or longevity of slime, as proper storage and handling by the customer impact its lifespan.
