SHIPPING

when will my order ship?

our current processing time is one week. once shipped, domestic orders usually take an additional 2-4 days to arrive. most packages arrive 10-12 days after placing your order.

where is my order?

please check the tracking number provided. if your tracking number has not been updated for a while, please let us know! dreamglowslime@gmail.com

my slime was damaged during transit. what do I do?

please email dreamglowslime@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged slime.

I received the wrong slime. what do I do?

please email dreamglowslime@gmail.com with a photo of the incorrect slime.

my package was returned to sender. what now?

your package was most likely sent back due to an address issue. once we receive the package, you will be refunded for the slimes purchased. however, shipping will not be refunded. please double check during the checkout process to make sure your address is accurate.

my order was marked as delivered but I don't have it?

make sure to check all around your property for your package, sometimes mail carriers will hide packages. occasionally packages will be accidentally marked as "delivered" before they are actually dropped off. the best course of action is to contact your local post office to find the status of your package. if tracking says delivered but you did not receive the package we do not offer refunds.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

we are currently only shipping to the U.S., American territories, and some American army bases. 

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

please reach out asap if you want to cancel your order. returns are not accepted due to the nature of our product. we do not offer refunds if you don’t like the slime.
